BAUHAUS DESSAU
Upon studying about Art and Design Schools, German Bauhaus proved to be the most inspiring and influential for me. I enjoyed observing the use of geometry in creating very interesting compositions and designs. The use of Bauhaus Principles in graphic design, industrial design, and weaving interested me to a great extent. This project is an attempt to create a narrative for an informational website for the same.
The landing page of this page follows a narrative where the Bauhaus Dessau School designed by Walter Gropius is used at its center, where each level of the building represents a sub-section of the website.
The narrative is based on the user entering the Bauhaus Dessau School itself and then learning about it, on each level of the building.
This part shows the landing page which displays the Bauhaus School along with a minimal menu after clicking on which the user is presented with three options to choose from.
This is the section that shows the content in a layout inspired by Bauhaus graphic Design. However, there is scope for improvement and a better narrative for these sections.

The content pages are variations of the same skeletal composition to establish continuity within the content. This is an attempt to tweak the elements slightly to create compositions similar in balance and impact.
